This Griswold #8 cast iron skillet features the Large Slant Logo and heat ring. This pan is in pretty nice shape. Has some utensil marks on the cooking surface as shown. There is some roughness on the end of the handle. It may have been exposed to moisture for an extended period of time at that spot and it caused the iron to etch. This doesn't hurt the strength or usability of this piece at all. The bottom is clean and the writing and logo are crisp and clear. Has about 1/32" movement on our glass top. NOT a spinner!
Has been cleaned via electrolysis and seasoned 1 time with my own blend of all natural Pennsylvania beeswax, crisco and olive oil. It has also been wiped down with a thin coat of food grade mineral oil to help prevent environmental rusting.
